Berry Fantastic!

Roasted Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) were easy to prepare.  Tossed with sugar and vanilla, spread on a sheet pan and roasted in a 450 degree oven for twenty minutes.  It magically transforms them!
